![]() As it turned out, he DID in fact hit "go" and my credit score took a second hard hit in less than two days, working against me. After taking my info and diddling on his computer for a few minutes he told me 'You know what, I'm not even gonna hit go on this because it would only hurt your credit score and I think you should get that person to help you out by co-signing and then come back and see me." I thanked him and left there knowing I would not return for a car, but was grateful because I thought he did me a solid. ![]() He seemed very nice and I felt very comfortable talking to him. Then he talked at length about my credit situation and attempted to start the inquiry before I explained myself in detail. He showed me a vehicle that was disgustingly gross inside and ridiculously over-priced in addition to being several thousand OVER what I said I could afford. I explained that I had limited income and was hoping to get a loan, but due to a low credit score and being self-employed in addition to no proof of income, i was likely going to have to ask a family member to co-sign. I am very happy with this purchase and have recently notified the Owner of my satisfaction.I stopped by to look at a vehicle that was advertised and spoke to Lucas. ![]() A positive point about this dealer is that he provides a free copy of CarFax with each vehicle. Since bringing the Jeep home, I have replaced or repairs a few minor items and the vehicle runs well after one year. Negotiations with the Owner were fair and went well. ![]() The mileage was low, which I verified using an OBDII reader, and there was a minor oil leak from a seal which was easy to fix and not abnormal for this type of vehicle and age. When I showed the sales representative, they immediately had a parts store deliver a complete set of spark plug wires and then proceeded to change every one out while I continued my inspection. While checking the spark plugs, one of the leads to the plug pulled off. I returned the following week and performed a detailed inspection of all systems. I drove from Delaware and conducted a preliminary inspection of the vehicle and found it to be fine. ![]() This review is being written one year after purchasing a 2008 Jeep Wrangler. ![]()
